Payments for Services
Spectrum offers clients a variety of ways to make payments:
* Cash or checks paid in the office
* Check by mail or in our drop box (by the staff entrance door in the back parking lot)
* Credit card payment using your debit, credit or Flexible Health Spending Account
* Credit card payment charged to your card weekly – to use this option; please complete the Spectrum Credit – Debit Authorization Form and return to our office (please do not email as your information is not secure via email)
