GETTING A JOB CAN BE COMPLICATED.
SPECTRUM IS HERE TO HELP.
This fall, Spectrum is launching a special class designed for adults who are struggling to get or keep a job for reasons that have nothing to do with skill or ability.
Many people struggle with the social nuances and expectations of employment and work life. This class is designed to address the specific needs of students and help them find their way to meaningful employment.
Applicants will be matched to best meet shared needs and goals for employment. Topics will be adjusted based on student’s baseline skills and specific needs but will focus on the basics of getting and keeping not just “a job” but the right job.
Each class will meet for one hour once per week. Schedule to be determined based on mutual availability of applicants and instructors.
